An event every month that begins at 1:30pm on day Second of the month, repeating until December 31, 2020
This support group offers hope, support, education and advocacy for all those affected by kidney or pancreas disease. All pre-dialysis, dialysis, pre-transplant and post-transplant patients and their families and loved ones are welcome to attend.
• Meetings are held on Zoom on the second Monday of each month, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
